About Jason Cohen Pittsburgh
Jason Cohen, founder and president of the real estate advising group Jason Cohen Pittsburgh, is an accomplished professional in his industry.
Cohen earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and obtained official associate broker accreditation through the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission (PREC). After finding success by investing in distressed multifamily properties, he decided to share his hard-won experience with other upcoming operatives. He began assisting other investors - first casually, and then via an informal group. Jason Cohen Pittsburgh (JCP) was eventually drawn together in the hopes that the group's considerable member base could aid and advise a broad base of prospective investors in their real estate ventures.
In the course of his decade-long real estate career, Jason Cohen has compiled a diverse portfolio of real estate investments by revitalizing properties in up-and-coming Pittsburgh neighborhoods. He is well-versed in the myriad facets of real estate investing, and is able to deliver custom advice and expertise to people at all professional levels.
In addition to his affiliation with PREC, Cohen has previously been involved in organizations such as The Urban Land Institute, the National Multifamily Housing Council, and the Apartment Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.
Outside of the professional arena, he and his company has established charitable partnerships with the Animal Rescue League and Habitat for Humanity. His work on behalf of the latter includes donating home improvement services and sponsoring an annual MLK Day event.Videos
